Having a command of foreign languages and studying cultural peculiarities of other countries is an indispensable
requirement of Russias integration into European and world processes. Entering a unified economic community is
hardly possible without entering an educational and cultural community. The analysis of language and culture interrelation
presented in the article helps us understand that native culture constitutes only a tiny part of the interdependent
world. Learning a foreign language is not a technical process but its also the process of acquiring the knowledge of
other countries cultures. Its a process of building some kind of bridge between nations. Its impossible to preserve
and develop culture and communication without a language, thats why the process of studying the world in all its
diversity can be achieved only through language and culture learning.
