| The author considers the process of improving the regulatory and legal framework for providing the Russian Federations
internal state security, which took place in 2008-2010. The paper is focused on the analysis of key normative
acts in this sphere, taking into consideration the evolution of approaches of academic and political elite to the issues of
national security on the whole. Key merits and drawbacks of these approaches are discussed. |
