In this paper, we present the results of theoretical and empiric research into the shift of activity regulators under
the changes in socio-economic situation. A working definition of the organizational culture of care as a key of contemporary
business is given. An analysis of socio-psychological potential of organizational development is undertaken
for a hotel business case. Psychological factors hampering organizational development are shown. |
