| The study reported in this article examined the peculiarities of organizational cultures of highly innovative
secondary schools. Our findings revealed that innovative activity of ?grant recipient? schools is not determined by
a special type of organizational culture, rather, it is connected with some organizational features that provide the
conditions for displaying innovativeness. |
