The time evolution of spin-dependent 2D wave packets has been studied in a system with the Dresselhaus spinorbit
coupling. The effect of wavepacket center oscillations (zitterbewegung) has been considered. It is shown that
oscillations do not continue indefinitely, but decay over time. |
