Investigation results are presented on the parameter control of X-ray diffraction beams. The control is achieved by a nonuniform change of crystal lattice parameters caused by light thermal action upon the diffracting crystal surface. The results obtained can be used to design crystal monochromators with dynamically controlled dispersion features permitting to form spatially inhomogeneous X-ray beams with their convergence correction. |
