| The article deals with one of the conditions for increasing the competitiveness of the Russian economy - provision
of housing to the population and, consequently, to workers. We use the approach that corresponds to modern
ideas of social justice. Theoretical and practical aspects of primary and secondary housing markets are analyzed.
Special attention is paid to government regulation of the housing market. |
