| Positive influence of trade unions activity on the increase of economic competitiveness is revealed. It is shown
that trade unions contribute to the rise of labour productivity both as a collective voice institution and by taking
part in forming an effective system of incentives for highly productive labour. This system should include the
growth of real wages and working time shortening. |
