| The paper presents an analysis of the institution of land rent. The following forms are singled out: market and
non-market, simple rent and sale of rent rights. The conclusion is made that the land rent facilitates saving the
national capital used in the countryside and improving the competitiveness of the economy. It is suggested that a
transition be undertaken to the land system of economic relations based on rent. |
