| The methodology for elaboration of an independent local innovative system (ILIS) is developed. It will be used
for competitive development of a separate city district (project CITY-CAMPUS). The methodology can be used in
other subjects of the Russian Federation, science towns, Skolkovo innovation center and in the course of scientific
integration of national research universities with the regions that use the results of their research and employ their
graduates. |
