Abstract
The article addresses the following issues that characterize the economic competitiveness of the UNN Faculty of Economics: student satisfaction by the teaching process, the motives for the choice of universities and faculties, sources of information about higher education institutions, consumer preferences when choosing a university in the Nizhni Novgorod region, promotion of educational services.
