Abstract
A technique has been developed and first investigations have been carried out of the ionospheric F-region disturbed by powerful HF radiation of the Sura facility by measuring phase characteristics of wideband pulse radio signals. An inverse problem solution algorithm has been realized for the electron density profile restoration in the pump wave plasma resonance regions using phase sounding data with high altitude and temporal resolution.
