Abstract
The features of perception have been studied of ultrashort red and green light stimuli with their separate and simultaneous presentation. All test subjects have been found to perceive single flashes in the red part of the spectrum adequately. Green flashes have been perceived as green by 60% of the test subjects, as yellow by 27% and as white by 13% of the test subjects. The additive mix colour depended on the perception quality of a single green flash.
