Abstract
The results are presented of the practical application of numerical simulation of a continuous cycle of technological operations to produce large diameter pipes (LDP) designed for deepwater pipelaying. The results have shown good qualitative and quantitative agreement with the parameters of the real production process within the framework of existing standards. The presented model of LDP production process is intended to be implemented in pipe industry plants, which will significantly improve product quality and reduce costs.
