| The article deals with the problems of the radioelectronic complex which are in general similar to the problems
of the countrys economy as a whole. The most urgent problem is the loss of competitiveness in the market. Largely
this is due to the backwardness and underdevelopment of the technological basis, a significant reduction in the number
of skilled personnel, low exports, and insufficient investment. |
