Currently, fractal geometry is successfully used to describe processes that in terms of other approaches are chaotic
and hard to predict. However, some elements of the organized chaos are also found in the society. In this article,
we try to show the possibility and necessity of the fractal approach and application of the appropriate mathematical
models to the study of the society and the state. |
