Abstract
We present the results of experimental and computational study to simulate the dynamic behavior of titanium al-loy VT20. An approach to choose a dynamic behaviour model is illustrated by the example of a titanium plate pene-tration problem. A comparison is carried out of the numerical solution results for different models with the full-scale experimental data and the parameters of these models are found.
