| Socio-economic development of a society is largely determined by the tendencies and the correlation between transaction costs and personal finance. The article studies the concept, the structure, the specifics and the role of the transaction costs in Russia, their relation to personal finance, and the mechanism of their interaction. In conclusion, some recommendations are given for controlling transaction costs as an important direction of the crisis management policy. |
