Abstract
A brief description has been given of parameter determination of astrophysical objects on the basis of spectral-time analysis (STA) of modulation peculiarities of their emission intensities. The application of the bilinear Wigner-Ville (WV) method (for the first time in astronomy) together with the sliding window Fourier-analysis (SWF) has made it possible to realize the broad-band time-frequency digital (from ~10-4 to ~10 Hz have been studied). Main algorithms of STA and digital signal processing before the analysis are presented (for instance, frequency filtering, search for similar signal segments, etc.).
