In the experiments on rats, the effect of heparin and protamine sulfate on the thermoprotective properties of ven-oms (cobra, blunt-nosed viper, adder, carpet viper and mocassin venoms) has been studied. It has been shown that exogenous and endogenous heparin reduces the thermoprotective properties of cobra, blunt-nosed viper and adder venoms and does not influence the thermoprotective action of carpet viper and mocassin venoms. |
