| The image of prince Vereysky, the character of the unfinished novel «Dubrovsky» by A.S. Pushkin, is viewed through the problem of communication. Main peculiarities of his speech behavior are identified. It is shown which personality traits are displayed through his manner of speech. This approach helps to reconsider the existing interpreta-tions of the novel. |
