The author considers main reasons for the occurrence of irregular lexicalized phonetic phenomena in Russian dialects. On the one hand, the changes in the external form of a dialect word reflect the development of phonetic processes in the history of the Russian language. On the other hand, some irregular phenomena can be explained by the language creativity of speakers. |
