Abstract
The control of rotor motion in an electromagnetic suspension is considered, the control object is described, a mathematical model is built, and an electromagnetic suspension (EMS) control system model is presented. Possible known ways of physical linearization current control of the EMS system are discussed, an alternative physical linearization method is proposed. In the calculation experiment using the example of a real test facility, a comparison of linear and nonlinear systems is made and the advantages of the linear system are shown.
