Abstract
Raman spectra for model clusters composed of approximately 1000 randomly distributed Si and Ge atoms have been calculated using semiempirical three-body potentials of Stillinger-Weber and Tersoff. The dependences of phonon density of states, positions and intensities of spectrum main peaks on the alloy composition have been obtained.
