The authors discuss some problems of regulating investigators' procedural autonomy, including the issue of the holistic view of the investigator's discretionary powers, and analyze the provisions of the existing regulatory legal acts that are not in line with the uniform regulation of the extent of discretion. A number of fundamental provisions are formulated that are aimed at optimizing investigators' procedural autonomy. |
