In the poetics of modernism, metaphor has a certain specificity with respect to the classical metaphor. Modernist metaphor is usually a multi-level structure. Based on the material of the poems from B. Pasternak's book "My Sister - Life", we consider the structure of a multi-level metaphor and the impact of this sophisticated figure of speech on the interpretation of the text. |
