| This article examines the evolution of the art system of Chekhov as a playwright. As a result of our textual studies
of his first major play, "Ivanov", we were able to draw conclusions about the stages of the writer's work on the
text, and also about his innovative solutions with regard to the genre, characters and plot in this first serious work of
drama. |
