Abstract
In the process of the joint project «The formation and functioning of the traditional culture on the territory of the Russian-Byelorussian borderland: intercultural cooperation in diachronia and synchronia» supported by the Russian Humanities Scientific Fund in 2010 we have studied the unique (with respect to folk-ethno linguistics) boundary area with Byelorussia of the Bryansk region: Novozybkov, Vereshchaki, Novye Bobovichi, Katashin, Vnukovichi, Stary Krivets, Khaleevichi, Stary Vyshkov, Vikholka, Zlynka, Rogov.
