Abstract
We consider a multilevel system of continuing business education in the field of innovation, student - Ph.D. student - member of research or teaching staff - employee of an innovative enterprise, implemented at the UNN. Peculiar features of the training programs in the field of innovation management for each category of students are identified. An analysis is given of the organizational framework of training activities.
