| A decentralized grid built using fractals with a limited degree of vertices is considered. A technique of failure
detection in the network segments is proposed. Different fault management algorithms have been developed. The
selection of the algorithm depends on the type of the grid, technical capabilities and support rules set out in the virtual
organization. |
