| We have developed a methodology for assessing the financial sustainability of the budgets of the Russian Federation subjects and municipalities through the identification of the composite indicator, which includes: the structure of budget revenues, solvency of the territories, and budget management efficiency. The methodology allows the quality of budget management at different levels to be improved. |
