The problem of a bubble trajectory in an acoustic flow-through resonator has been solved by numerical methods. A uniform introduction of bubbles into the resonator is shown to result in a nonuniform length distribution of the bubble concentration. The problem of the bubble concentration distribution along the resonator axis is considered taking into account the fluctuations of bubble introduction period. The fluctuation parameters have been found for which the periodical structure of the bubble concentration distribution is preserved. The distribution of bubbles of different sizes over the length of the resonator has been found. The flow-through resonator has been shown to select large bubbles: the average bubble concentration in the resonator increases with the size of the bubbles.
