Abstract
The article describes the operation principle and main characteristics of the digital correlation radiometer (correlator) for the frequency range from 10 to 75 MHz. The correlator is built of commercial digital modules for registering and processing of broadband signals and a PC. Signal conversion (spectrum transfer, filtering, and accumulation) software is implemented on the basis of a FPGA module for digital processing. The correlator can be used as a low-frequency module of a hardware system to measure parameters of single antennas and small-base radio interferometer antennas, as well as in other interferometric measurements.
