The problem of calcium activity mechanisms in neuronal tissue is considered using fluorescence analysis with application of neurotransmitters and blockers of postsynaptic receptors. Parameters of fluorescence dynamics in long-term signal recording have been optimized to interpret adequately the results of the neuronal activity studies. The leading role of chemical mechanisms to trigger neuron calcium cascades has been shown. |
