Abstract
Spin-torque nano-oscillators on the basis of nanoscale spin-valve structures are very attractive due to their size, frequency band (1-100 GHz) and electron frequency tuning. Qualitative numerical analysis results on the dynamics of such an oscillator model as dependent on the external magnetic field direction and the value of the structure current density have been presented. The parameter plane has been divided into domains with qualitatively different modes. Possible bifurcations have been studied.
