A comparative analysis has been carried out of the average level of total and oligomeric fractions of molecules sCD25, sCD38, sCD95 and sHLA-DR in the serum of different children aged from 3 to 17 years and adults. The analysis was performed by the sandwich ELISA method using monoclonal antibodies of the ICO series. The children's level of membrane protein soluble forms of immune system cells has been shown to differ in most cases from that of adults. Moreover, it is different in early and late childhood.
