The experiments were performed on 24 male outbred albino nonlinear rats. Neoplasia model was created by transplantation of the Pliss lymphosarcoma strain. It has been found that argonated water enhances free radical activity and inhibits spermatogenesis of intact animals, while in tumor-bearing animals it increases antioxidant resources and stimulates spermatogenesis. A high correlation has been revealed between the quantity and mobility of sperm and the parameters of free radical activity. |
