| Main biochemical parameters have been studied of the blood serum and oral fluid of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and healthy persons. The changes of biochemical parameters in the oral fluid have been found to be more pronounced than those in blood. The use of such a non-invasive biological object as oral liquid in clinical tests is very promising for the assessment of treatment effectiveness and diabetes mellitus diagnostics. |
