233-236 | heparin, protamine sulfate, droperidol, hypodynamia |
In the experiments on rats, the influence of droperidol, heparin and protamine sulfate on the locomotor activity of the laboratory rats has been studied. Droperidol at a dose of 5 mg/kg has been shown to cause hypodynamia, and exogenous heparin in the mixture with droperidol (or preliminary injected) reduces greatly the hypodynamic effect of the neuroleptic. Protamine sulfate increases the neuroleptic effect of droperidol by blocking the endogenous heparin. |
