Abstract
Data have been obtained on the changes of neuron electrical activity in the course of repeated electrical stimulation of the primary hippocampal cell culture. The culture has been found to demonstrate reliably different (from each other, as well as from the control) activation patterns in response to stimulation through different electrodes of multielectrode matrix. This indicates the possibility that the plasticity of dissociated hippocampal neuron cultures at the network level may be changed in the process of learning and formation of long-term functional changes.
