The character of microcracks of blood serum structural macroportrait has been analyzed for various taxonomic groups of vertebrate animals: mammals, birds, amphibians. A comparison of the given indicator has been made in the framework of different species of the same family (rats and mice belong to the same family Muridae) and different branches of the same order (pigs and cows belong to the order Artiodactyla). It has been shown that the greater phylogenetic distinction between the organisms, the more distinctions are observed in the parameters of cracks of their dehydrated blood serum drops. These distinctions are due to the dependence of the formation of cracks on the structural conformation of protein molecules. |
