| In this paper, the necessity of the criminal law regulation of raiding as a socially dangerous act is proved. The author reveals the special significance of the criminal law norm, which is a means of criminal law regulation, as applied to counter this socially dangerous act. Various opinions regarding the establishment of criminal law mechanisms to counter raiding are also analyzed. |
