The influence of species-specificity of crab families (Atelecyclidae, Litodidae, Majidae, Oregoniidae) on physicochemical properties of crab shell chitin has been studied using differential thermal analysis in the temperature range 80-630 K. Crab species-specificity has been found to influence the dependence of chitin temperature and type of relaxation transitions. |
