A system of complex evaluation of the knowledge and psychological characteristics of first-year students has
been developed. The system comprises: the knowledge of the subject, motivation for one's profession, level of mental
development, and creativity. This system can be used for the individualization of a students education in the
institution of higher education. Key characteristics of a person determining his/her orientation have been marked out. |
