Relaxation simulation of a silicon nanocrystal array is considered. A problem-solving scheme is described using the
Monte Carlo method. The algorithms of the nanocrystal array random distribution in the plane layer and the array emission
simulation are presented. A scheme to parallelize the algorithms and adapt them to a graphics accelerator is suggested.
The results of computing experiments and their analysis in terms of their correctness and efficiency are given. |
