| He article presents an analysis of the function of classical Greek philosophy in M.Renault’s historical fiction. Artistic representation of the characters of Greek philosophers (Socrates, Plato, Aristoteles) and their position in the character system are investigated. The ways to reflect philosophical theories in a literary text are identified. |
