| The concept of "national dignity of journalism" is revealed. The author reflects on the danger of inertial canonization of any knowledge about the press, which comes to us from foreign theories, and stresses the need to preserve the national traditions of journalism. Russian press, in the author‘s opinion, has a high moral, intellectual, professional and cultural potential. |
