Abstract
In this article, culture-forming functions of the Russian business press are considered. The empirical base for this research included the issues of business newspapers «Kommersant» and «Vedomosti» published in 2011. The author reveals thematic, genre and stylistic features of publications on the topic of culture in these editions.
