| The article analyses the communicative strategies used in the process of generating utterances in English in the sphere of scientific communication. The author proceeds from the assumption that common cognitive space includes a specifically structured body of knowledge about the ways of regulating the process of communication. The empha- sis is made on the ways of denoting problem situations, concentrating attention as well as ways of expressing opin- ion, agreement and some others. |
