We consider the incentive systems in design organizations of the shipbuilding industry and the interrelation of remuneration of labor with job standardizing at the enterprise. The authors propose their own method of distribution of labor input in vessel design. The distribution of labor input under the integrated nomenclature of the developed documentation is considered in percentage terms by kinds of projects between departments. |
